Demolition
All demolition works are to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of AS 2601-2001 “The Demolition of Structures”.
The demolition is to be carried out with due care to prevent any damage to existing adjoining finishes such as brickwork, rendered wall finish, door sills etc.
Is the site safe for all owners and tenants

Have you installed rag drain so no rubbish goes down drains
Has FFH been been marked before demolition ready to mark height of render removal

Arrangements must be made for a suitable collection point on site where a skip bin can be placed. The location of the skip bin is to be determined by the Owners Corporation and the Contract Superintendent.
Dust and where possible, noise suppression techniques are to be employed during demolition to reduce any potential nuisances to surrounding properties.
All demolition material shall be disposed of in accordance with the approved waste management guidelines of the local approval authority. The tracking of cement dust, mortar and tile particles from the site shall not occur during demolition.
At the completion of each day's work, any openings are to be fully securely and covered to prevent water ingress and bird entry and to maintain the integrity, safety and security of the building and occupants.
Has all rubbish been removed from site
If not please make contact with Project manager for plan on site clean
Can you see any water seepage from other areas on to area demolition has taken place
Has floor and been grinded to completely bare surface
